Our bootcamp offers a wide variety of activities. Our workouts include the following:

Games:
We play games such as Crab Soccer, Ring Around, The Worm, Indian Runs, tug of wars, and more! You'll learn what these names mean once you join our fun group. These games are team building as well as workouts. You're sure to enjoy yourself.


Using techniques practiced by world class boxers, you will learn how to box and get an awesome workout doing so. Boxers are known for having the best physiques in the world. We also teach a variety of self defense & kickboxing techniques. The combination of boxing, kickboxing, and self defense provide challenging workouts for any fitness level & are great tools to defend yourself if needed.


Kettlebell training provides explosive power needed in athletes and aids in weight loss. This is a very high EPOC workout and is a lot of fun, too! Feel the rhythm of the weight in your hands while lifting to choreography & listening to music on the beach.


Aikido Bokken Kata is a fancy phrase for Sword Fighting. It is an awesome upper body workout. Learn our choreographed routines in our bootcamp! This is a fun workout that is empowering and invigorating.


Grocery Shopping:
Grocery Shopping? Yes, that's right. We take our boot campers to local grocery stores & do a walk-through! We believe 80% of being healthy is nutrition. How can you come to bootcamp and not care about your diet?! Here, we will go over

  • Answer questions & evaluate Bootcampers' current meal plans



  • Plyometrics:
    These are a variation of lunges, pushups, down-ups, ab workouts, and various other lifting activities that will increase your strength much moreso than regular pushups and the like. We incorporate team activities like wheel-barrow racing, crab-walks, and other games that are fast paced & push you past your limits. Plyometrics are known to help produce fast-twitch muscle fibers - those associated with awesome physiques. We typically find our bootcampers do too much endurance training before meeting us & this is a great solution for producing a nice 6 pack & toned arms.


    Yoga:
    Yoga instruction in the peaceful outdoors of Santa Barbara. What could be more relaxing?


    HIIT:
    Our signature training style. With High-Intensity Interval Training, you will get rid of that muffin-top fast! As with plyometrics, HIIT training also will produce more fast-twitch muscle fibers. This is important if you wish to look like a fitness model instead of a long-distance runner.


    Active Stretching:
    After such a hard workout, we treat our bootcampers with a relaxing experience. This form of stretching can help ease back pain, lead you to better posture, increased sports performance, relaxation, or give you the ability to do the splits! We teach our bootcampers PNF Stretching so you can help each other.
